Industry accolades: Professional educator, multiple awards at Nailympia, NailPro & on-line competitions, title of Best Judge 2024 Brilliantcup, double topmaster Czechia, international nail & beauty judge & a published author.
Favourite nail brands: I love experimenting with new products & exploring different brands. I don’t have a single favourite, as each brand brings something unique & valuable to the table.
Industry figures you admire: I have an endless list, but my favourite is Olena Özman, not just as a nail designer, but also as a genius teacher. I also love Lilija Michalikova, Barbara Újvari, Elena Popova, Krista Paulitti and many, many more.
Career biography: I began my journey as a nail technician in 2009, struggling like every beginner. But I had a deep passion for my craft and an insatiable curiosity, which fuelled my desire to learn and improve. I eagerly took classes, constantly expanding my knowledge & refining my skills. In 2012, I joined the largest local distributor as a lecturer, a role that opened incredible opportunities for me over the next six years. I contributed to the creation of a nail magazine, gained hands-on experience in filming online courses & became involved in marketing - each experience shaping my professional growth. Today, I'm fully dedicated to my own nail academy & in the process of developing my own brand. My competitive journey began in 2013 when I entered my first competition & became instantly hooked. By 2016, I had advanced to judging in my country while continuing to compete internationally, pushing my skills to new heights on the global stage.
Personal biography: I want to see the world. I love travelling.
Why you believe in nail competitions?: Competitions challenge nail technicians to master complex techniques within a short timeframe, sharpening both speed & precision. While these skills are highly practical for salon work, competitions also provide a platform for boundless creativity. This dynamic blend of technical expertise & artistic freedom ensures that the craft never becomes monotonous.
Advice to competitors: There is no victory without training. Talent doesn't help anyone if you don't work to master it.
