Why you believe in nail competitions?: Competitions are a MUST for professionals who want to develop & grow in their profession. Only there can you wind up your clock, as they say, & get the right setting for future plans & goals. The entire experience from the preparation, through the actual event to receiving the results, is incomparable to other events in the life of the average nail professional. This is a peak that must be climbed to see the view from the top, which is beautiful, inspiring & fulfilling. Dear precious competitor, remember, even if you don't climb the ladder, you already won only because you dared. All that matters is the journey & the lessons you learn along the way & not the trophy itself!
Advice to competitors: #1 - READ THE RULES! I cannot not stress this enough. As a long-time coach & judge, I have seen many exceptional works, but due to non-compliance with the rules, a deduction had to be made & that is a pity. Reading & understanding the score sheets will enable you to prioritise your work during the competition. Choosing the right model - with exceptional nail beds & nice skin, is also a very important point of your journey. Practice as much as you can before the event, analyse your mistakes & try another way to achieve the desired result. Keep calm during the competition - you have nothing to lose, but only to gain. Wishing you the best of Luck!
