Why you believe in nail competitions?: Participating in the championship is a huge lesson for the participants. Every participation shows you where you still make mistakes & what is worth working on. It's about constant development of your skills. We learn throughout our lives & championships encourage us not to rest on our laurels.
Advice to competitors: First of all, my motto has always been: Stay calm - only he will save you. During every championship participation, something can happen. If it throws you off balance, you will lose. The championship is not only about winning & gaining a medal. It's more than that. Prove to yourself that you practice a lot & each performance at the championship will be the best possible work you can do. Be proud of yourself every time you do good work. If you don't stand on the podium, accept it with humility & practice even more. If you do this, you will win. Not only a medal & an honourable title, but satisfaction & pride in yourself too. Fingers crossed! Stay strong & never give up!
