Industry figures you admire: I am so proud of Devin from Nails by Dev. She has grown so fast because she is so talented! Tino Vo is also someone I admire for his talent & skills.
Career biography: I have been a nail tech for over 25 years. I came from very humble beginnings trying to bring the art of bling to trend. Through the years I opened two salons & created my own product line for nails - Jenny Secret. I am known as the Queen of Bling - for my crystal styled-nails & am called upon by celebrities to adorn their nails with my unique style of nail enhancement.
Personal biography: I spent a lot of my time working, so when I have time, I love to spend it with my family. We love to go to restaurants & share a good laugh together. I have 2 sons & 3 daughters. I always make time to spend with them. One of my daughters, Cianna is also a nail tech. It's so amazing to see her follow in my footsteps & grow her own style & skills.
Why you believe in nail competitions?: I believe that there is a lot of hidden talent in the industry. When there are nail competitions, people can show their best. It pushes people to do their greatest & nails is a category that people should take more seriously because it is an art & requires a lot of skill.
Advice to competitors: Always keep practicing & never give up! You always have more potential to be better & you should use it!
