Career biography: I began my journey as a nail technician, mastering the fundamentals of the craft. Over time, my passion grew, leading me to pursue a career as a nail artist, where creativity & precision became my focus. It wasn’t long before I discovered the world of nail competitions & everything changed. Competing became more than just a challenge - it became my purpose. Through each competition, I pushed my skills to new heights, refined my artistry & connected with some of the most talented professionals in the industry. Beyond my love for nails, I have a deep passion for travelling. Competing has given me the opportunity to see the world while doing what I love. Every new destination brings inspiration, every challenge fuels my growth & every experience reminds me why I chose this path.
Personal biography: After moving to the United States, I felt lost, uncertain of my purpose or direction. With no clear path, I struggled financially - slowly losing everything until I was nearly broke & on the verge of homelessness. It was one of the hardest times of my life & I felt like I had no options left. That was when a friend recommended I try doing nails. At first, it was just a way to survive, but soon, something changed. As I honed my skills, I began to discover my passion, my confidence & my purpose. What started as a last resort turned into a career I love - one that has given me not just a living, but joy & purpose too.
Why you believe in nail competitions?: I believe in this competitions because you can’t cheat your way through these competitions, you’re true talent & technique is laid bare & on show.
Advice to other competitors: You can’t expect to eat the fruit the day that you clean the tree; keep working.
